1. Services

Revive Flow provides AI-powered database follow-up and voice AI receptionist services for businesses. Our services include lead follow-up campaigns, AI voice handling, CRM integration, and performance reporting.

2. Pricing & Payment

Pricing is based on your chosen model (Pay Per Booking, Revenue Share, or Monthly Retainer). All fees are outlined in your service agreement. Payments are due within 30 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed.

3. Performance Notes

Any performance target, refund term, or revenue-share arrangement must be defined in the signed service agreement. Public examples and audit outputs are estimates, not guaranteed revenue, profit, bookings, or follow-up rates.

4. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of your database and customer data. We are granted a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of delivering our services. Upon termination, all your data is returned or deleted within 30 days.

5. Compliance

All campaigns comply with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and applicable messaging regulations. We include opt-out mechanisms in all communications and maintain do-not-contact lists. You are responsible for ensuring your database was collected with appropriate consent.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Active campaigns will be wound down professionally. Outstanding payments remain due regardless of termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Results, examples, and audit outputs shown on our website are estimates or illustrative scenarios and are not guaranteed for any client.

8. Intellectual Property

Our AI technology, algorithms, and proprietary systems remain our property. You receive a non-exclusive license to use our platform during the service term.
