Terms of Service

Last updated: July 14, 2026

1. Website information

Website materials, calculator outputs, demos, and scenarios are general information and planning tools. They are not legal, financial, compliance, or business advice.

2. Services and scope

Paid services, deliverables, pricing, usage, support, responsibilities, and acceptance criteria are governed by a signed agreement. Website descriptions do not expand that agreement.

3. No guaranteed outcomes

Revenue, bookings, response rates, opportunity estimates, and other results are not guaranteed. Actual performance depends on factors including data quality, consent, market demand, client execution, capacity, pricing, and customer behavior.

4. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for accurate information, lawful instructions, necessary permissions and consents, system access, offer and service claims, sales and fulfillment, and timely human review or escalation.

5. Compliance

The parties will document the compliance responsibilities relevant to the approved workflow. No public website statement guarantees that a particular campaign, technology, integration, or client use is compliant with every applicable law.

6. Data and intellectual property

Each party retains ownership of its pre-existing materials. Data use, work product, licenses, confidentiality, retention, and deletion are governed by the applicable agreement and privacy terms.

7. Limitation and changes

To the extent permitted by law, liability limits and exclusions are defined in the signed agreement. We may update these website terms by posting a revised date.
