Real software, running real work.
Trent Lincoln took his landscaping company, Terramorph, to over $5 million in under 4 years, before he turned 24. When the tools ran out, we built our own. This is that work.
CRM screens come from the live product, on made-up sample companies. App screens are from the current App Store listings.
In progress: replacing Jobber at Terramorph
Right Hand, a full CRM.
Requests, quotes, jobs, schedule, invoices and the crew’s day, on desktop and phone. It wears each company’s own brand, with sample companies for each trade.

Real software. Made-up sample companies.
Live on Terramorph’s phone since October 2026
Voice agents.
It answers alongside the office, takes the details, finds or creates the client, and hands your team one clear task. We tuned ours by auditing real calls.
We set the rules with you. Ours never books or quotes, because we want a person on that. Yours can book straight to the calendar if that’s what fits.
- 1A customer calls and the office is tied up.
- 2The agent answers, gets the name, address and job, and reads it back.
- 3Upset callers go straight to the owners. Sales calls and spam get filtered out.
- 4One task lands with the team, listing anything it couldn’t collect.
Built. Goes on once a number clears carrier registration
Text agents.
A missed call at 9:47 at night is a job about to go to someone else. The agent keeps that customer talking, knows what’s urgent, and gets your team moving.
Price and booking are your call. We build it to quote, book or hand off, inside the limits you set.
Comfort Pro Heating & Air
Text message · 9:47 PM
- Hey I called and nobody answered. AC quit and its 91 in the house, got a newborn
- Hi, this is Breeze with Comfort Pro. I’m sorry you’re dealing with that, especially with a newborn at home. I’ll get this to the team right away. What’s your first and last name?
- Dana Whitfield, 1840 Cactus Wren Dr
- Thank you, Dana. What city is that address in?
- Can someone get here today? Will pay whatever
- I can’t promise a time myself, but I’m marking this urgent so the team sees it right away. What city is the house in?
Escalate to staff
Customer with a newborn and no AC is asking for same-day service.
- Name and address collected
- No price given
- No time promised

Built into the CRM
Quoting agents.
Dictate your site notes. It writes the scope, shows the math on every quantity, marks what it can’t know, and flags what to check, like calling in a locate before you dig.
Your estimator sets the price and sends it the same day.
In use at Terramorph
Bid checker and calculator.
We rebuilt a broken bid sheet around real production speeds, drive time and overhead, so every bid gets checked against target margin. Each company sets it up on its own numbers.
An AI yard measure gives the estimator a first pass from aerial and LiDAR data, and flags hard yards for a person.

Run on Terramorph’s own customers, November 2026
Database reactivation.
An agent went through our job history, found last year’s cleanup customers with nothing booked, and cleaned the list. Trent approved the note, and it went out.
People wrote back the same day, and new quotes came out of it. No ad spend.
- 1Compare last season’s customers with what’s booked now.
- 2Remove anyone who doesn’t fit: wrong job, recent work, duplicates.
- 3Write each person a note from their real history.
- 4The owner approves it before anything sends.

Crew Clock.
By midweek, nobody knew who was close to overtime. Now crews scan a QR sign and GPS checks they’re there. Works with no signal, in full Spanish, with payroll files for Gusto and ADP.
On the App Store and Google Play
RoundOps.
Running crews on paper was hell. A customer cancels midday and you can’t reach the truck. RoundOps runs our own mowing routes now, with real road times, rain carryover, and photos on every visit.
Done on Terramorph’s own trucks
GPS and route analysis.
Agents matched our truck GPS to our route records. That showed how long each yard really takes, how real drive time compares with the map, and which areas earn too little for the hours.
How we run our own business
A company run with agents.
A team of agents handles research, drafts and reviews across everything we run, and learns from corrections. A hard stop in the code blocks sends, spending and deploys until a person says go.
On the App Store and yardcast.ai
YardCast.
One photo of a house becomes a new landscape on that same house, with a plant plan and install guide. Contractors put their logo on it and show the client the finished yard before they dig.
On the App Store
AWARE.
Our passion project, and proof we build for anyone’s phone, not just crews. A focus app that blocks what pulls you in, using Apple’s Screen Time tools.
This is just what we built for ourselves.
